"Julia is simply awesome!! 1. Very good work Ethic. 2. Well organized. 3. Very friendly. 4. She listens to likes, dislikes and/or allergies and personalizes the diets. 5. The diets are perfect for people who train, or don't do much sports too. IT WAS AND STILL IS (I am still working with her) AWESOME. She organizes the weekly meal plans with breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. It also includes a shopping list to make things easier. The meals are quick and relatively easy to prepare, and are sooooooo tasty!! My son (10y) and I love them."
